1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using TechQuest Brisbane's interactive digital quest room services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. TechQuest Brisbane reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Description of Services
TechQuest Brisbane provides interactive digital quest room experiences combining advanced technology, immersive storytelling, and collaborative challenges. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Interactive digital quest room experiences
- Team building activities and corporate events
- Educational programs and workshops
- Gaming tournaments and competitive events
- Private group bookings and customized experiences
3. User Responsibilities
As a participant in our quest room experiences, you agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff
- Treat all equipment, technology, and facilities with care and respect
- Cooperate with other participants in a respectful and constructive manner
- Arrive on time for your scheduled booking and notify us of any changes at least 24 hours in advance
- Provide accurate information during the booking process
- Not engage in any behavior that may disrupt other participants' experiences
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while on our premises
4. Booking and Payment Terms
All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized booking partners. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified for corporate accounts. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the original quoted price.
For group bookings and corporate packages, special payment arrangements may be available upon request and approval. All payments are processed securely through our certified payment processors.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled experience are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeit of the full booking amount, depending on circumstances.
In cases of extreme weather, technical difficulties, or other circumstances beyond our control, TechQuest Brisbane reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings with full refund or credit towards future bookings.
6. Age and Health Requirements
Participants must be at least 8 years old to participate in standard quest room experiences. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Certain advanced experiences may have higher age requirements, which will be clearly stated during the booking process.
Participants with medical conditions, including but not limited to epilepsy, heart conditions, claustrophobia, or mobility restrictions, should consult with our staff before booking to ensure the experience is suitable and safe.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, technology, puzzles, storylines, and materials used in TechQuest Brisbane experiences are protected by intellectual property laws. Participants are prohibited from recording, photographing, or reproducing any part of the experience without explicit written permission.
Any photos or videos taken by TechQuest Brisbane staff during your experience may be used for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out during your visit.
8. Limitation of Liability
TechQuest Brisbane's liability for any claims arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount paid for your specific booking. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in our experiences.
Participants engage in quest room activities at their own risk. While we maintain comprehensive safety measures, participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with interactive entertainment activities.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Technology and Equipment
Our quest rooms utilize advanced technology including but not limited to motion sensors, interactive displays, RFID systems, and audio-visual equipment. Participants are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by negligence or misuse. Replacement costs may be charged for damaged items.
We reserve the right to remove participants who misuse equipment or fail to follow safety guidelines without refund.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brisbane, Queensland.
